What You’ll Do

• Design and build the Peppercorn platform, contributing to both backend and frontend systems for MVP and future enhancements.

• Collaborate on the technical vision and continuously improve processes for scalability.

• Foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility while prioritizing industry-leading UX.

• Design performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces.

• Build resilient, scalable, and secure backend systems to manage complex financial data.

• Develop robust APIs for our front-end application and third-party integrations.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply based on internships and personal projects.

• Proficiency in Python, React, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Services (CI/CD).

• Experience in building scalable backends integrating computational algorithms.

• A drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to continuously grow.

• Ability to leverage AI tools and platforms.

What’s Good to Have

• Potential to significantly enhance user experience through immediate contributions to frontend development.

• Experience with complex data visualizations in the financial industry is advantageous.
